To light up the fountain more sustainably. The challenge was to make this fountain, located in an emblematic part of the city, stand out for its visual and decorative beauty with minimal building work. 

The installation of RGB LED projectors with the DMX system. Ignialight’s DMX system makes it possible to control each of the fountain’s luminaires, sections and divisions, with only one 2-wire cable. 

It increased the visual impact of the fountain: an increase in water jets from 16 to 32 and an increase in the height of the water in the air to 10 m. The new projectors improve the light intensity, which can now be lit up with the entire range of colours of the rainbow. The most outstanding advantages for the City Council were the energy savings made and the performance of the fountain, which is due to lead to a significant reduction in energy of 70,000 kW/year.
