The renovation of these two ornamental fountains in Plaça Catalunya, built in 1959 and designed by Espiau Seoane, will be a big step in the urban modernisation of the area. This renovation will improve the installation's energy efficiency and make it possible to programme water, light and music shows.

By using the Halospot, Kibele and Escala RGB projectors and the DMX control system, elaborate light and water shows will be devised. This newly installed fountain system is very easy to set up and will allow DMX data to be transmitted through the spotlights own two-way power cable. This gives us the option of either individually separating the light beams or putting them in groups and choosing between 16 million colours. This installation offers a wide combination of colours and water features

The twin fountains monument will be more beautiful and energy efficient, in addition to establishing a new iconic spot in the city.
