Lighting paddle courts that are not constantly used throughout the day efficiently and obtaining energy savings.

Replacement of metal-halide luminaires of 400 W by luminaires with LED technology of 110 W. With this change of luminaires, we managed to comply with the regulations for minimum lighting level on courts, in accordance with the International Paddle Federation, at the same time as obtaining significant energy savings. 

The result was truly satisfactory. In addition to complying with the luminaire regulations, significant energy savings were made; from 22,032 kWh per year to 5,702 kWh per year, and the luminaires can now be controlled. The instant switching on and off of the luminaires led to savings of up to 76% in comparison with the previous year.
